Cash Refund
If you choose to return your item, Gemspired offers a cash refund of up to 60% of the original purchase value, which means a standard deduction of 40%.
For example, if you purchased an item for 10,000 EGP, you would receive up to 6,000 EGP back.
This option is available for returns requested within three years from the purchase date.
Conditions:
- The item must be returned with the original invoice and IGI certificate
- The piece must be in good condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval
Exchange Policy (Store Credit)
If you prefer not to take a cash refund, Gemspired provides a credit note that can be used for future purchases.
Diamond Jewelry
Up to 75% of the current market value, based on the metal weight and total diamond carat weight.
Gemstone Jewelry
Around 65% of the current market value, calculated based on both the metal and gemstone weight.
Moissanite Jewelry
Moissanite pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. However, Gemspired may repurchase the item based on the gold value only. The stone itself is not considered in the resale value.
Loose Solitaires
Loose solitaires are not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes
- All valuations are based on the current market value at the time of assessment, not the original purchase price
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Credit notes are processed within 10 days after inspection and valuation
